Certificates issued confirm completion of educational programs only and do not constitute governmental or official accreditation unless explicitly stated.
5. Fees and Payments
All applicable fees will be disclosed at the time of registration.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Full payment is required before access to course materials is granted, unless an installment payment option is explicitly provided.
6. Refunds and Financial Disputes
Refund requests are subject to the official Refund Policy disclosed at the time of purchase or registration.
If a chargeback or financial dispute is initiated without prior communication with GMAI:
- GMAI reserves the right to immediately suspend the user’s account.
- Access to courses, certificates, and academic records may be temporarily or permanently restricted pending investigation.
- Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.
Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method in accordance with the policies and processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.
7. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Share login credentials with others
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell course materials
- Record or republish live sessions without written permission
- Use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All educational materials, including:
- Text
- Videos
- Presentations
- Downloadable resources
- Branding elements and logos
are the intellectual property of GMAI or its licensors and are protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.
Content may only be used for personal educational purposes unless prior written permission is obtained.
9. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
GMAI shall not be liable for:
- Technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control
- Failures caused by third-party service providers
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform
10. Termination
GMAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.
Users may request account closure by contacting the institution through its official email.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where GMAI operates, unless mandatory international consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Any dispute should first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
