(GMAI CEC)<\/strong> organized a training workshop on Saturday, December 6, 2025, titled:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u201cDigital Safety Fundamentals and Data Protection.\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The workshop aimed to enhance participants\u2019 awareness of digital risks and equip them with practical skills to protect their personal data in increasingly complex digital environments.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The workshop was delivered by Ms. Omnia Taha, journalist and researcher specializing in digital safety. The session addressed several key topics essential for building a secure digital culture, including clarifying the distinction between cybersecurity and digital safety, as well as identifying the most common online threats affecting users today.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The workshop also introduced practical strategies for protecting personal and sensitive data, securing social media accounts against unauthorized access, and developing strong and secure password practices.
